Intro:
Express Windscreens is a fast-growing windscreen replacement company looking for an experienced windscreen technician to join us as an assistant manager. This will be a hybrid role combining hands on technical work with office based and operational responsibilities.
This position is ideal for a senior level technician who wants to progress into a management role whilst staying technically involved.
What you need:
3+ years minimum within the windscreen replacement industry
Strong technical knowledge of windscreen replacement and repair
ADAS calibration experience is essential
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills
A Professional telephone manner
Proficient in using phones, computers, email & job management systems
